Paul Zak, President
Some Higher Learning
Paul holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Rochester as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Colorado Denver
While working in research and development at Texas Instruments in the 1980’s, Paul was granted a U.S. patent for “low dispersion infrared glass.”
Paul was a senior business analyst at McDonnell Douglas, a marketing manager for Micro Motion, VP of sales and marketing for SOR Inc., and director of product development at Sprint.
Paul is VP, board of directors for Hope Faith Ministries, an organization dedicated to meeting the many needs of homeless and at-risk men, women, and children in Kansas City.

With a solid foundation in place, Paul Zak takes up the reigns. As CEO, Paul begins deepening service offerings and improving performance quality standards.

After two years under new leadership, ACC begins its next phase with expanded phone systems and a new software platform – Cornerstone 1.

ACC introduces “office team” concept to its clients – expanding and refining its comprehensive agent training program allowing team members to become a true extension of a home inspector’s business. Personalization becomes paramount as does the need for deeper collaboration with inspectors to provide customized solutions that work just for them.

Despite the real estate recession and a sustained period of economic challenges for the country, ACC continues to work diligently with its customers to meet new needs and changing business requirements, partnering and collaborating for their success.
ISN and ACC
A new strategic alliance is formed between Inspection Support Network (ISN) and ACC. The integration for home inspectors is a powerful and differentiating one.
Rounding the Corner
As the economy and real estate industry begin a slow recovery, ACC preps for new infrastructure improvements and introduces new software platform Cornerstone 2.
ACC ignores the Mayan prediction that the world will end on December 21, 2012. Significantly deeper integration with ISN begins with a comprehensive bi-directional synchronization – further meeting growing customer needs and providing differentiated value for home inspection business owners and their clients.
With the economy dramatically improving, home sales up and major foundational pieces at ACC already in place, new phone systems are integrated. Advanced tech increases personalization with new customizable features – improving client response time and overall inspection business brand experience for clients and real estate agents.
Improving on the ACC team concept and in response to growing client base, ACC expands to second KC location. Doubling the square footage, many new individual “team areas” are created to enhance concentration on providing highly personalized service to home inspectors, their clients and Realtors®.
20 Years Strong
A significant year indeed as ACC turned 20. After two decades in business, ACC took time throughout the year to reflect on its growth, its successes and challenges, the many changes in the inspection community and ACC’s thoughtful adjustments along the way. 20 years serving home inspectors exclusively has been an honor and privilege and one ACC looks forward to doing long into the future.
