Getting started is easy, and you will find that we are very thorough! It all starts with completing our simple application form.
You may request an Application by contacting us, or you may print an application by clicking
here: Application Form. Along with the Application, please provide a map of
your inspection coverage area to help us become familiar with your locale.
Mail the completed Application, map, the Registration fee and first month's Base Rate to:

After receiving this information, we will begin building your company database. In addition,
a staff member will contact you to schedule a time for a phone consultation. During this phone conversation we
will discuss in more detail how we may best serve you and will want to learn more about you, your company, and the
services you provide. This will also be the time for you to ask questions and to clarify what you may expect of us.
Topics covered during this conversation will include:
- Any information about your company you want us to communicate to your clients in order to best promote your services and differentiate you from your competition
- Any mandatory services required by home inspectors in your state
- Names of general areas within your territory including cities, towns, suburbs, etc. explored in more detail to help us become familiar with your territory
- Location markers or landmarks in your area, eg. airports, stadiums, parks, etc. to help us identify where your clients are located, and to help us in providing you accurate directions to the scheduled inspection
- Boundaries that effect inspection costs, including trip charges
- Any other information you think we should know to better serve you and your callers
